Susi Earnshaw is a specialist stage school for pupils aged 9-16 years.  The aims of the school are to provide a safe, healthy and friendly environment where individuals can be themselves and grow in confidence and self- esteem.  Also to provide a balanced education with clear focus on the performing arts and to encourage pupils to develop self-discipline and a love for learning.The school is housed in a fully operational theatre which provides many opportunities for links with the community.​

Strives to provide the best academic education and vocational training possible by employing experienced, qualified professionals to enable each student to achieve to the best of their ability.​

Believes in educational and social inclusions and provides a percentage of in-house scholarships to go towards implementing these beliefs.​

Encourages students to look beyond the norm and to dare to dream of new ways of contributing to the performing arts industry.​

Promotes talented performers via the independent agency that represents all our pupils and many graduates who are currently performing in various West End shows, films, TV programmes and the live entertainment industry.
